KU2 Travel is designed for trip leaders who want to take the hassle out of arranging a ski/snowboard trip. We specialize in listening to your specific group needs and working with you to arrange an unforgettable adventure.
We will work with any budget from inexpensive dorm-style housing to on-mountain lodging, and from small "mom & pop" ski hills to world class resorts. We also can assist with equipment rental, ski/snowboard lessons, ground transportation and mountain orientation tours.
With 20 years of experience working with college and high school students, we understand the challenges of planning a destination winter group trip. We’re here to simplify the process.
Why book with KU2 Travel?
KU2 Travel is based in Utah. Why? Because there are nine major resorts within an hour’s drive from the Salt Lake International Airport and you can experience several resorts in one trip.
Utah hosted the 2002 Winter Olympics, so your group members can scream down the men’s and women’s downhill courses. Utah also hosted three Winter Dew Tour Finals, so they can ride in world class terrain parks.
In addition to spending the day on the mountain skiing and snowboarding, your group can try lift-assisting tubing hills, cross-country skiing, skate-skiing, snowshoeing and snowmobiling.
The fun doesn’t end after the mountain closes down. Because Utah resorts are located within a half hour of metropolitan areas, the evening activities aren’t limited to winter sports.
Your group can try indoor skydiving, surfing and rock climbing, or check out the Sundance Film Festival, live comedy shows, and local breweries located in historic downtown districts.
Utah was the venue for 2002 Winter Olympics, which means you can try curling and bobsledding using the same ice sheet and track the athletes used.

He was a ski guide at Snowbird Resort and thoroughly enjoys creating the ideal experience both on and off the slopes for students on a winter break.
Riley Smith - Riley has been an avid snowboarder for 15 years. He has traveled to most major resorts in North America, but loves riding in Utah the most. He is a student at Weber State University and spends every spare moment exploring back country terrain at places like the Canyons, Brighton, Snowbird, Snowbasin and Powder Mountain resorts. He is eager to share his favorite Utah stashes with other college students.
